Processing & Fulfillment

   •    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

   •    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Costs

   •    We offer NET30, 60 and 90 for approved accounts. Shipments are received within 60 days.

Delivery Times

   •    Fall 1: June 30th, July 30th

   •    Fall 2: Aug. 30th

   •    Winter: Sept. 30th, Oct. 30th & Nov 30th

Order Tracking

   •    Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

   •    House of Marcel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

   •    If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.

Damages & Returns

   •    If your order arrives damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

   •    Returns & Exchanges: Report within 7 days to exchange and/or return.
